Sofia Springs began with a simple practice: buy only from people we know, in places we have walked. Years of sourcing have taught us whose honey is honest and whose fields are cared for. We choose the best of each season and bring it to you as it was harvested.
Before there was a shop, there were relationships. Over many seasons we travelled to the valleys and fields of Pakistan, tasting, asking questions and learning who could be relied on year after year.
Our honey comes from beekeepers who move their hives with the Sidr and Palosa blooms, and from honey hunters in Tirah who still climb to wild cliff combs. We buy only what they would give their own families.
Our basmati comes from field owners we have worked with for years. We choose the finest grain from each harvest, then rest it so its aroma deepens. Our wheat is sourced the same way, from growers we know by name.
